The following provides information on our privacy practices and the steps we take to help ensure your privacy is protected.

Our privacy policy promises the following:

• Your information is protected. We will maintain strong security controls to ensure that the personal information in our files and computers is protected. Where applicable, we will use security-coding techniques to protect unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and transactions and protect customer confidentiality. We will permit only authorized employees who are trained in the proper handling of customer information to have access to that information.

• We collect only relevant information necessary to provide competitive products and services.

• We limit the release of information. We will not sell customer information to telemarketing companies. We will share information only when necessary to administer products and services we provide, when requried by law, or when we partner with credit unions or strategic partners to offer a broader array of products and services.

• We require strict privacy protections in our business relationships. We will engage in ventures only with credit unions and strategic partners that follow strict confidentiality requirements and offer products designed to enhance the economic well being of credit union members and our customers. When information is released, it will be subject to strict privacy protection requirements.

Our goal is to provide you with the best financial products and services available. By partnering with credit unions, we believe we can deliver meaningful financial products, services and information to help achieve the financial goals of members. Our commitment is to protect your privacy in all situations and to work closely with credit unions in meeting member needs.

The World Wide Web Consortium has initiated the Platform for Privacy Preferences Project ("P3P"). P3P refers to an industry standard for providing an automated and standardized way to translate a Web site’s human readable privacy policy into a machine-readable file that can be interpreted by a Web browser. We support P3P.
